Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your state, whichever is higher) to purchase alcohol from Red D Beverages. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the payment if we have reason to believe that an order has been placed by or for a person under the legal age. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Our delivery partners are authorised to request valid government-issued photo ID at the point of delivery. If age cannot be verified, the delivery will be refused and a re-delivery fee may apply.

To place an order you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@reddbeverages.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation from us.

We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order with a full refund.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hello@reddbeverages.com or call our support line.

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened or perishable items cannot be returned unless they are defective or were delivered in error.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. For full details, see our FAQ.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems. Specifically, you must not:

• Purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under the legal age.
• Provide false personal or payment information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without our written consent.
• Resell products purchased from us without our express permission.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Red D Beverages and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Linking to our homepage is permitted provided it is done in a fair, legal manner that does not damage our reputation.

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are provided for guidance only and may not be perfectly accurate in all cases. Always read the product label before consumption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red D Beverages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order to which the claim relates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
